Device's SSD and battery was working until we tried factory resetting the device, which is when we encountered issues. After removing the SSD and using it on an external device, we ran into the following issues. Device does not have a functioning SSD or battery. We tried multiple times to get an OS installed on the SSD, but there is a virtual disk service error. We may have formatted it wrong, but we cannot confirm if the ssd works or not. May be salvageable and resolve the battery issue. There was no battery issue prior to SSD failure, but now it seems the battery does not function on its own.
