Bill McMullen is no stranger to Hip Hop, toys and Star Wars so why not put them all together and create the Superstar Ad-At. Bill McMullen teamed with Span of Sunset to drop this Superstar Ad-At in 2004. Conceptualizing this in the 90's I will stand by the fact that Bill McMullen is the creator of bootleg toys! Bill McMullen aka Billions created the iconic Superstar Ad-At, the Superstar Destroyer, the ShuttleMax and sooo much more. I'm just glad that Span of Sunset was able to help bring this to the public!
