Today we have a figure that represents one of the greatest lyricists of all time. This Big L vinyl figure is designed after the cover of ‘The Big Picture,’ the Harlem legend's second album, released in 2000 after his untimely passing.
Big L — a founding member of D.I.T.C. and one of the sharpest pens Harlem ever produced — remains a GOAT in the eyes of true hip-hop heads. Rolling Stone has reported that his family struggled for years to recoup his royalties due to bad licensing deals, a sobering reminder of how the business can fail its artists. This figure honors Big L the way he should be remembered: as one of the all-time greats.
